Wise Wellness Warriors offers personal private parties, events and ceremonies for all occasions. These can be done at your home or onsite at any location of your choice that we can collaborate with. Choose from a variety of movement classes, sound therapy experiences and cacao ceremonies.
Our Offerings
Private Movement Event
We provide movement in a variety of formats that you can choose from for your party and or event: choose from Yamuna Body Rolling, Pilates, Yoga, Budokon Mobility, Breath Work and Meditation. Your group can decide which formats they would like to blend or do one format singularly.
Sound Bathing Ceremony
These various healing instruments influence our brain wave frequencies and can help bring the brain to a Theta state within minutes. This is the state that occurs when you are in a profound state of relaxation, perfect for relieving stress and fostering deep group connection.
Movement & Sound Bath
Blend together the power of movement and sound for a stronger connection to body, mind, and soul. The experience of movement and sound enhances your senses to provide a profound healing environment for a collective group energy.
Cacao Ceremony
Shared in a communal gathering with a sacred circle and music. Enjoying ceremonial cacao can help you connect with your heart and be a gentle guide through transformational consciousness shifts. It's a powerful tool for energetic healing and receiving clarity.
